COMPTRAIN

Crossfit StPete follows COMPTRAIN class programming. The programming cycle is a 5 part annual cycle that focuses on all components of fitness. Crossfit StPete modifies the daily workouts to fit all levels of athletes. Beginner to Advanced athletes, everyone is able to work out no matter their experience or level of fitness is.

What to Expect

All classes are 1 hour long with built-in warm-ups, stretching, teaching, rehearsal, and WOD or strength + WOD. All classes will always be led by a Coach.

Extra Credit work is always an option as long as it is approved by a coach.
