Plank on Hands (accumilate 60 & 30 Secs)
sumo deadlift high pull 45/35lbs

For time
60, 30 reps each of:
Push Ups
Wall Walks (12 & 6)
sumo deadlift high pull 65/45lbs

For time
60, 30 reps each of:
Push Ups
handstand walk (m)
sumo deadlift high pull 75/55lbs
