Bench press
5 sets of max reps @ 60% of 1RM
*2 min rest between each set

Conditioning

Team WOD
In teams of three, 24 min AMRAP:
30 Front Squats 115/75
20 burpees
30 Walking Lunges
20 V-ups
*Teams must rotate stations as a team, with only one team member working at each station.

Skill

Skill work:
Accumulate 3 mins of Wall Sits
Followed by
5 mins practicing: Muscle Ups
or
Double Under/Power Jump Pyramid
