Drop ins are available to experienced CrossFitters. You have the option of dropping into one of our group classes and/or using one of our Open Gym times. Details on dropping in are as follows:
- Create a Member Profile – Click Here to Register
- Check our Weekly Schedule to see the available class times.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org before arriving to the facility with details about your visit.
- Within your email, be sure to CC your current gym owner or head coach.
