There was several years that I was unsure if Crossfit was right for me. My friends who Crossfitted were extreme, determined and addicted. There was a part of me that was not quite ready to commit yet. Maybe next month I will start was a common response for me. Through my patients in the office, I started to notice how as we were aging, range of motion would decrease and limitations would soon follow. I realized the importance of stressing the body to keep it healthy. That was my motivation to give this sport a chance. I fell in love day one. I realized that many of the exercises we have patients perform are basic movements Crossfit stresses. Crossfit can be the baseline or maintaining a healthy body and a healthy lifestyle.f
Motivation & Passion
My passion is to help people move better. As we get older the opportunity to decrease the types of movements we do is tempting. Cross fit forces us to push our limits and improve our body's potential.
